Doesn't work/Charging intermittently

1. Check if the indicator is on when it's installed in the car.
2. Check if the charging ports are physically broken. 
3. Press the bottom spot and side spot and check if they are flexible. (If not flexible, they cannot be pressed down, the circuit cannot be closed, and charging cannot be achieved.)
4. Try another cable or other device.
