Can I take the power bank on a flight?

Please don't worry, all of our power banks can be taken to the plane in a carry-on bag. The airline stipulates that the power bank can be carried or carried in hand luggage, but it is strictly prohibited to carry it in checked baggage. The charging treasure is rated at no more than 100Wh and can be taken on board without the approval of the airline. Magnetic charging issue

1. Note that our magnetic charging function is ONLY compatible with iPhone 12 series and later.2. For better charging performance, please take off the phone case, and remove the metal objects behind the phone if there are any.3. Confirm if the indicator light is on when charging magnetically.*There is a circular charging mark on our power bank. Slightly move the bank on the back of your iPhone to align the circular magnetic position with the cell position of your iPhone (where the magnetic force is the strongest), and then turn the power bank so that it does not block the camera.

Heat generation is a totally common occurrence when wireless charging. As energy is lost, some heat may be generated due to energy loss during transmission. HOWEVER, if it is too hot to touch, it may be a power bank failure. Please stop charging immediately.

Power bank itself not recharging/dead

Use another 9V/2A or higher adapter, another cable or socket to recharge it again. (The 5V/1A adapter is not recommended because it will stop charging if it works at a high rate.)

Power bank charges slowly

1. Note that the magnetic charge provides up to 7.5W/15W maximum power only.2. As for wired charge, it supports fast charge and is compatible with most devices. But fast-charging mode can only be activated when the charger, cable, and phone meet the same protocol, like QC/PD/AFC mode.3. If the power bank itself cannot be fast charged:1) Try using a 9V/2A or higher adapter and using another cable to recharge it again.2) Recharging Time(Hour) ≈ Power Bank's Energy(Wh)/（Adapter's Charging Wattage*80%）+0.5H. For example, when using a 9V/2A adapter to charge a 10000mah/37wh power bank: 37Wh/(18W*80%)+0.5H ≈ 3H①There will be about 20% power loss at the adapter end while charging. ②0.5H: There is an error of about 0.5 hours.4. Power bank dies quickly

1. Confirm the cell capacity of your phone and check if the charging time is correct based on the following calculation formula.For example, when using a 10000mAh/37Wh power bank to charge a 3000mAh/11.55Wh phone, the bank can give 37Wh*65%/11.55Wh≈2.1 charges to this device.2. If 1. is proven to be abnormal, drain the power bank and use a 9V/2A or higher adapter and another cable to fully recharge it again, then try charging only one device at a time. Note: The rated battery capacity refers to the amount of current the battery can hold. Due to physical limitations, 30% to 40% energy loss occurs in the process of transmitting from the power bank battery to the device battery and actual energy output will be less than the battery capacity. All power banks on the market work in this way. The only difference would be the efficiency of the transmission. But it won't differ too much. For better calculation, we generally take 65% as the actual conversion rate of our power bank.

Cable included doesn't fit my phone

To connect the power bank to your phone, the cable should be your original one matched with your phone, which will best protect your device from fluctuating current.

About charging small-current device (earbuds, smartwatches, heated vests...)

1. Can power bank charge small-current devices like Bluetooth earbuds and smartwatches?Yes, our power bank supports charging low current devices, generally around 15mA. However, some devices may drop below 15mA when charged to more than 95%. At this time, it will not be detected, and it cannot continue to charge or be fully charged.2. Can power bank charge heated vests/heated belts/heated bottles?Due to their special heating mechanism, when you heat these product, its current is not constant. When heated to a relatively high temperature, the current it requires will become higher, causing our power bank to be unable to output such a high current, thus triggering the protection mechanism of the power bank itself and ceasing charging.

How to protect battery health

1. Charge the power bank before it is completely drained. It's best to charge it before its battery drops below 10-20%.2. Recharge and discharge the power bank at least once a month.

Dual Voltage / Voltage Converter

The voltages of the wall outlet vary in different regions. But all of our power banks can adapt to different voltages in different regions.

Power bank doesn't charge a laptop

1. Confirm the model of the laptop, search for the input power of the laptop or the original adapter of the laptop.2. Compare with the maximum output power of the power bank. If the input power required by the laptop is much greater than the maximum output power of the bank, the power bank does not support charging this laptop.3. For example, the MacBook Pro M3 16-inch supports a maximum charging wattage of 140W, which is much higher than the maximum power of this power bank.
